Intake 3/30/13

Breakfast: Bananas, blueberries, peanut butter (211)

Lunch: Amy’s Veggie Korma, 1 slice Dakota Bread, 1 slice pesto parmesan bread, Diana’s dark chocolate banana (710)

Snacks: 2 slices dakota bread, 1 piece dark chocolate, 3 joe-joe’s, 2 pieces fried mochi (908)

Dinner: Veggie Egg Roll from whole foods (150)

Exercise: biking (-103)

Total: 1876 (UGH, today was bad and I binged….)

Intake 3/12/13

Breakfast: Vegan waffle

Lunch: bean salad, 1.5 peanut dark chocolate nature valley bars

Snacks: 2 small pieces of bread w/ vegan cashew sauce, ice cream, tons of crackers

Dinner: veggie leftovers

Ugh I ate too much, I need to figure this out…

Breakfast: Homemade banana smoothie (114)

Lunch: Bean salad, grapes, clementine, Nature Valley bar (329)

Dinner: Veggie potstickers, whole grain bread with pesto (484)

Snacks: Angie’s Sweet & Salty popcorn (70) 

Exercise: Biking (-100)

Total: (897), and completely vegan and (mostly) non processed!

Breakfast: 

Homemade Banana/Chocolate Shake (103)

Lunch:

Homemade Veggie Wrap, Pistachios, Strawberries, Cherries (374)

Dinner:

Homemade Mushroom Soup, Trader Joe’s Veggie Egg Roll (191)

Snacks:

Trader Joe’s roasted Seaweed, Clementine, Multigrain bread+olive oil, chocolate covered almonds, chocolate chips (480)

Exercise:

Tiny bit of yoga (-11)

Total: 1148/1350 allowed, $2 in skinny jar :)
